"Jerry was awesome—very professional, thorough, and did what he said he would do (which, sadly does not always happen with these real estate deals!). Jerry caught stuff we thought he might not have, and even was answering emails later that night about questions we had (our inspection already was semi-late at night). He had an inviting demeanor, and you could really tell that he was passionate about what he did and that he wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting with the house.
